When to use it

Use this before signing a confirmation or after a revised confirmation arrives with changed money, dates, accessorials, or instructions.

Checklist

Common mistakes

  • Signing before the written confirmation matches the broker call.
  • Keeping revised confirmations, receipts, and POD notes in separate places.
  • Missing a billing requirement that delays payment after delivery.

Working format

  • Create one row for rate, lane, pickup date, delivery date, equipment, commodity, and appointment type.
  • Add a second row for detention, layover, lumper, stop-off, TONU, driver assist, and revised-confirmation rules.
  • Mark each item as clear, missing, or needs broker reply before signing.
