Checklist
Common mistakes
- Signing before the written confirmation matches the broker call.
- Keeping revised confirmations, receipts, and POD notes in separate places.
- Missing a billing requirement that delays payment after delivery.
Working format
- Create one row for rate, lane, pickup date, delivery date, equipment, commodity, and appointment type.
- Add a second row for detention, layover, lumper, stop-off, TONU, driver assist, and revised-confirmation rules.
- Mark each item as clear, missing, or needs broker reply before signing.
